Stop. Just stop it. Your body is tired of the injecting, sucking, tucking and pulling.

Ignore what the magazines, advertisements and commercials say. Stop trying to remake your body into something it doesn’t want to be. Stop letting their lies shape who you think you need to be.

We are all born beautiful, its not just some of us, its ALL of us. God has created you to be worthy of every shining star that has ever glided through the sky. And when we finally realize this we give others permission to do the same.

So be kind to yourself and know that you are worthy of more. No matter your height, weight, age, race, straight, gay, you are beautiful the way you are. Not maybe. Not if. YOU ARE.
